The information you will find at Motivated And Fit has been filtered through my experience - of over eighteen years – as a personal trainer and wellness coach. Information, tips, techniques and philosophies about health, fitness and wellness that are easily understood, easily implemented and most importantly… can be incorporated by anyone and everyone into their daily lives leading to the pursuit of a lifetime of health and wellness.
