Strength Training and Permanent Weight Loss Continued

I don’t mean to beat a dead horse (Oh Yes I Do!), but I just finished reading Dr. Monte Ladner’s rebuttal to the Time Magazine article about dieting and weight loss, and listening to the podcast that accompanied his rebuttal.

If you don’t know Dr. Ladner, he’s the founder of Fitness, a wonderful website full of health and fitness information pulled from the latest medical research regarding the relationship between lifestyle and health. Dr. Ladner really cares about health and fitness and has the ability to present and explain the latest medical research in the health and fitness field in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand.

I highly recommend that you visit Dr. Ladner’s website, read and listen to what he has to say about the latest medical and scientific research in the health and fitness area, and how you can use that information “to improve your lifestyle and thereby improve your health.”
