You just can’t go wrong, drinking more Water, and eating as many Cherries, Oranges, Watermelons, Apples, Lemons, Tomatoes, Pineapples, Mushrooms, Bananas, Strawberries, Chili Peppers, and Broccoli and Avocados as you can stand.
