One of the most effective techniques that anyone can use to improve what they eat, how they eat and how much they eat, is to cook the food that they eat.
Cooking puts you in the driver’s seat and gives you total control over what, how, and how much.
Cooking allows you to decide how much salt, how much fat, how much sugar… goes into the food that you eat, and how much of that delicious and nutritious “home cooked” meal you will ultimately put on your plate, and how much of it you will eat.
Sounds easy enough – Right?
