My goal with this blog is to present health, fitness and wellness information, in an easy to understand way, and from a common sense (real-life) perspective.
Information, un-adorned with overt sales-pitches, superlative language and/or pie-in-the-sky promises of health and wellness.
The information you will find at Motivated And Fit is filtered through my experience of over eighteen years, as a personal trainer and wellness coach. Information, tips, techniques and philosophies about health, fitness and wellness that are easily understood, easily implemented and most importantly… can be incorporated by anyone and everyone into their daily lives leading to the pursuit of a lifetime of health and wellness.

And so, I will try and present, provide and post information from as many sources as I possibly can in order to allow my readers to have access to many points of view, and to have as many choices as possible so that they may find a myriad of ways in order to live more healthy, fit and well.
